Job summary

BEWI RAW in Porvoo is seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen and grow our Nordic customer portfolio. You will understand customer needs, manage relationships, and uncover opportunities for value-driven growth across existing accounts.

Based in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, you will work with our sales support team and production plants in the Netherlands, Finland and Germany, travel regularly, and report to the Sales Director.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in a similar position with value-based selling
• Bachelor level or equivalent
• Independent but a team player
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Fluent Finnish and English; other European languages are a plus
• 40 hours per week with regular travel

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and grow relationships with existing customers across the Nordic region
• Identify opportunities to create value and drive growth within accounts
• Collaborate with sales support and production plants in the Netherlands, Finland and Germany
• Ensure high level of service and customer satisfaction
• Travel regularly to nurture partnerships and close opportunities
