Job summary

febi Benelux, the Benelux subsidiary of the bilstein group, seeks a Sales & Technical Consultant Nordics. Based in Finland or Sweden with a home office as primary workplace; fluent English; Finnish/Swedish preferred; valid driving licence; travel across Nordic region.

The role combines technical product training, customer engagement, and business development across the Nordic aftermarket, with travel across the region and strong support from an international team.

Qualifications

• Passionate about the automotive aftermarket and vehicle technology.
• Strong technical affinity with sales or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket preferred.
• Proficient with digital tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote febi, Blue Print and SWAG brands across the Nordic aftermarket.
• Build relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and workshops.
• Present products, deliver technical training, and act as trusted advisor.
• Support Nordic sales with market insights and opportunities.
