Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Regional Account Manager for a technology client, based in Jorvas, Finland. You will manage multi-site operations across Finland, Denmark and Norway, serving as the primary contact for GWO services and solutions.

You will lead client relationships at country level, coordinate with the GWO Delivery team, manage escalations, and ensure alignment of local, regional and account priorities while driving commercial growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Facilities Management, Workplace Management or corporate real estate leadership.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong client and stakeholder management with excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of the portfolio including P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify and drive commercial growth opportunities including cross-selling.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and coordinate between local, regional and account priorities.
• Drive supplier performance and foster a One Team culture across CBRE teams and partners.
• Support workplace and real estate strategy, translating regional needs into actionable initiatives.
• Review and oversee local projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
