Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales within banking.
• Proven delivery track record of software sales in the Banking industry, focusing on Core Banking Solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of the financial services landscape, trends, and transformation drivers.
• Deep understanding of core banking processes, systems, and transformation drivers.
• Established C-Level network in the Nordics banking landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales activities for core banking solutions in the Nordics market.
• Drive opportunities through the entire sales cycle: acquire new clients, expand into new accounts, and grow existing relationships.
• Build and maintain value-driven, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at major banks.
• Develop compelling value propositions tailored to the challenges of core banking transformation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling solutions that address client challenges and create measurable impact.
