Job description

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Partner to own and drive the full People & Culture agenda in Finland.

This is a highly operational role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, working directly in HR systems and processes, and supporting leaders in the everyday reality – from employee relations and performance management to negotiations around labour law related matters and organisational changes.

You will play a key role in ensuring full compliance with Finnish labor law, and building strong, trusted relationships with leaders and employees. You will also work closely with our Nordic Payroll specialist and contribute to the development of our Nordic HR operations, systems landscape, and intranet.

In addition, you will hold responsibility for Workplace, Facilities & Premises in Finland, ensuring a professional, compliant and engaging physical work environment that supports employee experience and business performance.

This role is for you if you:

• Have solid experience as an HR Partner in Finland
• Are confident and experienced in negotiations and Finnish labor law
• Enjoy working hands-on with HR systems (HRIS, Learning Management Systems, intranet, survey tools etc.)
• Like structure, execution, and getting things done – not just designing frameworks
• Are comfortable handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and empathy
• Have strong written communication skills and enjoy creating clear internal content
