Job summary

Capgemini in Helsinki is seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to strengthen our ability to attract and engage top Nordic talent. • 3–6 years of experience driving and implementing talent attraction and candidate experience projects.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical skills to gather and interpret data for informed decisions.
• Experience managing complex stakeholders and aligning with a global strategy.
• Fluent proficiency in at least one Nordic language.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze local talent and market sentiments to identify gaps and improve data-driven approaches.
• Run focus groups and interviews to build talent personas informing attraction activities.
• Develop data-driven briefs to identify and prioritize attraction actions and execute plans.
• Run talent-nurturing strategies for key target groups within the Capgemini Talent Pool.
• Enable TA teams to adopt a segmented approach to the candidate market.
• Build a best-in-class candidate experience from consideration to application, aligned with local expectations.
