Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support operations across the Nordic region, covering Finland, Norway and Sweden. You will advise senior leaders, align people strategies with business goals, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

The role requires strong HR experience, Nordic knowledge, and fluency in English, with travel across the region and occasional EU travel. Join a global team shaping regional HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years operating in an HR Business Partner capacity.
• Proven working knowledge of Nordic employment law and collective agreements.
• Hands-on experience supporting employee transfers, redundancy or restructuring consultations in at least one Nordic country.
• Experience supporting multiple countries within the Nordic region, ideally Finland, Norway and Sweden.
• Fluency in English is essential; Finnish/Swedish/Norwegian language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and regional growth plans.
• Provide expert guidance on employment legislation, workplace policies, employee relations matters, and HR best practices across Finland, Norway and Sweden.
• Support workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Champion performance management processes and coach managers to drive employee growth, engagement and accountability.
• Lead HR support for organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and a positive employee experience.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies while maintaining compliance with local labour regulations and employment standards.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing and company culture.
• Act as a key stakeholder in compensation and benefits reviews, helping ensure competitive and compliant programmes across the region.
• Leverage people analytics and HR metrics to support business decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain HR systems and employee records to the highest standard, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Build and manage relationships with external partners, including legal advisors, benefits providers and recruitment agencies.
• Support talent acquisition initiatives in partnership with recruitment teams as required.
• Advise local leaders on employment law and employee relations across Finland, Sweden and Norway, including day-to-day engagement with unions and works councils.
• Help us scale in the Nordics as the business grows, onboarding new teams and building strong working relationships with employee representatives from day one.
• Travel regularly across the Nordic region and occasionally to other European locations.
