Job summary

Sweco seeks a Project Director to lead large, complex industrial investment projects from development through handover. You will oversee strategic and commercial delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, with EPCM or similar delivery models.

The role requires responsibility for schedules, budgets, risks and client relationships, with travel within Finland and internationally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in senior project leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering industrial investment projects.
• Experience in EPCM, PMC, Owner's Engineering or similar delivery environments.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Excellent English communication; Finnish and/or Swedish are advantageous.

• Lead large and demanding industrial investment projects or project portfolios from development through handover.
• Drive strategic and commercial delivery and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
