Sweco is seeking a Project Director to lead large industrial investment projects from development through handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and complex interfaces. Projects may follow EPCM or similar delivery models, spanning process industries and data centre initiatives.

You will guide strategic and commercial decisions, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and collaborate with clients and partners. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Senior project leadership experience in industrial investments.
• Proven track record delivering EPCM, PMC or Owner's Engineer projects.
• Experience building high-performing project organisations with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary industrial projects from development to handover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks and commercial aspects.
• Collaborate with clients, partners and internal teams to deliver value.
• Oversee interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
