Job summary

Sweco is seeking a Project Director to lead large, multidisciplinary industrial investments from development to handover. You will drive strategic decisions, coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and manage client relationships across projects such as process industries and data centres.

You will lead senior teams, navigate complex interfaces, and ensure successful delivery with a focus on safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior project leadership roles.
• Proven delivery of industrial investments (EPCM/PMC).
• Fluent in English; Finnish/Swedish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams from development through handover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks and commercial matters.
• Collaborate closely with clients and partners across sectors.
