Job summary

Orion Pharma in Hanko is seeking an IT Specialist to provide onsite and remote IT support across production, laboratories, and offices. Qualifications

• Technical proficiency across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 and enterprise apps.
• Experience providing IT/OT support in industrial environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, change and problem management.
• Ability to document, test and ensure compliance with security policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT and OT support for hardware, software, and network issues onsite and remotely.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and other IT assets.
• Support IT/OT infrastructure in industrial settings, including lab equipment.
• Document incidents and resolutions in an ITSM tool; manage user accounts and access rights.
