Finnplay Technologies Oy, a Finnish iGaming software provider, seeks an experienced Integration Support Engineer in Espoo. You will resolve game/payment inquiries, support releases, and collaborate with providers. The role offers a hybrid work model with office attendance twice weekly.

Requirements include a BS/MS in CS or IT and at least 3 years in technical support, with knowledge of Jira, Postman, Kibana, and MySQL. Compensation is 3000–3450€ gross per month.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science or information technology.
• 3+ years of experience as Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve game and payment related inquiries from customers and stakeholders.
• Support stage and production site releases.
• Assist with product roll-out and site launches.
• Collaborate with Game Providers and Payment Service Providers across verticals.
• Manage back-office configurations and client setup.
• Maintain high standard of client service and timely issue escalation.
