Job summary

Next Job Abroad partners with a leading iGaming company seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Star to support sportsbook and casino players. You will handle calls, chats and emails with a focus on excellent service and problem solving.

You will resolve queries, manage KYC/documentation, and contribute to knowledge base improvements while benefiting from a hybrid setup and relocation support. Up to 40 days remote work annually is available.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken Finnish.
• Interest in sports and casino.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries via calls, live chat and email.
• Take ownership of cases and see through to full resolution.
• Communicate directly with other teams to solve customer problems.
• Approve customer withdrawals upon request from the player.
• Process KYC and documentation, conduct any enhanced due diligence required.
• Run daily security checks including reports on new customer accounts and payment transactions to protect the business from issues.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving personal KPIs to support departmental SLAs.
• Provide insight into current customer feedback and help shape knowledge bases.
• Ad hoc tasks as required by CS Management.
