Job summary

Finnplay is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Espoo to lead a project team and deliver Finnplay’s platform and services to clients. The role requires office presence at least twice a week in Espoo, Finland, with a gross monthly salary of 4,200–4,500 EUR.

You will coordinate requirements, plan client frontend development, oversee tests and releases, support audits, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant experience.
• Experience in project management role in the Software industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience with requirement gathering and analyzing.
• Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing environments, and handle project challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with leading a software development team.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to ensure aligned priorities and successful, on-time delivery of shared goals.
• Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements; support estimation and ensure clear documentation to enable effective implementation.
• Plan and coordinate client frontend development activities, ensuring proper version control, release planning, and quality standards.
• Oversee test planning and execution, manage test scope and resources, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Supporting audits and assisting the Compliance team by providing the scope of latest changes.
• Plan and supervise releases in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth deployments and audit readiness.
• Monitor, prioritize, and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution and continuous service improvement.
