Job summary

Telko in Espoo, Finland, is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to own day-to-day operations from order entry to delivery. You will be the key operational contact for customers and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and partners to ensure reliable deliveries.

This role requires strong communication, accurate order management, Excel and ERP experience (M3 preferred) and fluency in Finnish and English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, order management or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification.
• Service-minded and customer-oriented approach.
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ownership mindset to manage customer needs and operational details.
• Understanding of order-to-cash processes in a supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems and CRM tools (HubSpot).
• Knowledge of logistics and delivery processes with warehouses/partners.
• Good Excel skills and basic reporting.
• Finnish and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Manage full order-to-delivery process in our ERP systems.
• Act as primary operational contact for customers and build relationships.
• Prepare and manage customer documentation including order confirmations and Certificates of Analysis.
• Maintain customer master data, manuals and guidelines.
• Provide sales support including pricing and quotations using HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Sales, warehouse, logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
