Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order management, contract management, or a similar operational role.
• High customer focus, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Good ERP and CRM skills, preferably with S/4 and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Acting as key contact point for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, contracts and documentation.
• Entering and updating product orders and service contracts into ERP systems accurately and on time.
• Supporting smooth information flow between customers, internal teams, and external partners.
• Coordinating delivery schedules and following up on order and contract status.
• Supporting continuous process improvement.
