IMI plc is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to deliver outstanding customer experiences and support the order-to-delivery process. You will work with Sales, Logistics, and Service to ensure efficient order management, timely issue resolution, and high-quality support.

Fluent Finnish and English are required, along with experience in ERP/CRM systems. The role offers an international environment, opportunities to improve processes, and exposure to digital transformation initiatives.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, sales support or order management.
• Fluent Finnish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems (JDE, Salesforce advantageous).

Responsabilidades

• Process and monitor customer orders from receipt through delivery.
• Coordinate and resolve inquiries and complaints in a professional, timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer data and provide administrative support.
• Coordinate spare parts orders and service-related processes.
• Support the sales team and back up internal sales activities.
• Contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement of processes.
• Support office administration and marketing activities as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
