Job summary

Metsä Group is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support order-to-cash processes in Mänttä, with possible consideration for Tampere or Espoo. You will work closely with Sales, Planning, and Finance to ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, at least three years in customer service, fluency in English and Finnish, and experience with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• At least three years of experience in customer service or similar role.
• Familiarity with SAP systems and MS Office.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish.

Responsibilities

• Creating and confirming sales orders and ensuring products are available.
• Managing out-of-stock situations.
• Handling sales order changes and communicating updates to customers.
• Creating customer invoices including intercompany billing.
• Maintaining Customer Service master data and handling debit/credit notes.
