Metsä Tissue, part of Metsä Group, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Mänttä to support efficient order-to-cash processes. You will create and confirm sales orders, manage stock and order changes, generate customer invoices (including intercompany billing), handle debit/credit notes and respond to customer feedback, collaborating with Sales, Planning, Fulfilment and Finance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, at least three years in customer service, SAP experience and

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum three years in customer service or a similar role.
• Familiarity with SAP systems.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English and Finnish both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Create and confirm sales orders and ensure products are available.
• Manage out-of-stock situations.
• Handle sales order changes and communicate updates to customers.
• Create customer invoices, including intercompany billing.
• Collect and send invoicing-related documents.
• Maintain Customer Service master data.
• Manage debit/credit invoices and invoice corrections.
