Job summary

Electrolux Group in Helsinki is seeking a customer service professional for a temporary position through May 2027. You will handle phone and email inquiries, manage orders, provide product information, and support quotation activities for project customers.

You will become a trusted expert across a portfolio including dishwashers, coffee machines and toasters. You will join a diverse, collaborative team in Kalasatama, working with modern digital tools, automation, and AI to continuously improve

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or similar.
• Experience in a customer service role or similar position.
• Customer focused and a real team player with empathy.
• Flexible, proactive approach and strong results mindset.
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP is a plus.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders, customer inquiries and claims.
• Provide product information and support quotations for project customers.
• Become a trusted expert for guidance on our product portfolio.
• Contribute to daily operations with digital tools, automation and AI.
