Job summary

Electrolux Group in Helsinki is seeking a customer service professional for a temporary position through May 2027. You will handle phone and email inquiries, manage orders, provide product information, and support quotation activities for project customers.

You will become a trusted expert across a portfolio including dishwashers, coffee machines and toasters. You will join a diverse, collaborative team in Kalasatama, working with modern digital tools, automation, and AI to continuously improve

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or similar.
• Experience in a customer service role or similar position.
• Customer focused and a real team player with empathy.
• Flexible, proactive approach and strong results mindset.
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP is a plus.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

With phone and email as your main tools for delivering outstanding service, you will manage sales orders, handle customer inquiries and claims, provide product information, and support quotation activities for project customers. Our product portfolio ranges from dishwashers and dryers to coffee machines and toasters, and you will become a trusted expert when customers seek guidance.

You will also support quotation activities for project customers and contribute to the continuous development of our daily operations. We actively explore and utilize digital tools, automation, and AI to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience, and you will play an important role in this journey.

Who You Are / Your Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or similar
• Experience in a customer service role or similar position.
• Customer focused and a real team player. You understand and empathize with people and can apply your people and problem-solving skills to reassure customers and to help your colleagues.
• A flexible, proactive approach and a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP is considered an advantage
• Interest in continuous improvement, automation, and AI is considered an advantage
• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken. Swedish is considered an advantage.

You will be based in Kalasatama, Helsinki in our modern office setting. You will work alongside approximately 50 colleagues in functions such as Sales, Marketing, Product Line, and the Contact Center, all working towards the same purpose: shaping living for the better.
