Paulig PRO is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Helsinki to join a warm, skilled team. You will handle consumer feedback, provide guidance on product availability, and collaborate with quality and internal teams to ensure excellent service.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Finnish and English required (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a-team orientation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage own time effectively.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools.
• Precise, accurate work and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Handle consumer feedback for Paulig PRO food and beverage products.
• Provide guidance on product availability and usage to consumers and B2B clients.
• Collaborate with quality and other internal stakeholders.
• Record B2B orders, service orders and complaints in the operations system.
• Support with general customer service tasks during weekday business hours.
