Job summary

GlobalConnect seeks a Customer Service Agent in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area for a 12-month temporary role. You will be the first point of contact for consumer customers, handling inquiries by phone, email and chat and guiding them to a finished service.

You will work in a collaborative team with a focus on high-quality customer experience, supported by flexible work arrangements and opportunities to learn and grow in a digitally driven environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish and English.
• More than 2 years of experience in customer service with similar tasks.
• Vocational education in a field that supports the role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high-quality customer experience for consumer customers by phone and email.
• Respond first to questions about orders, construction schedules, installations, invoices, complaints, and technical support.
• Listen to customer issues, involve the relevant teams, and keep customers informed until the issue is resolved.
• Provide information about activation options and service providers.
• Collaborate regularly with other teams and help promote customer service automation.
