LM DTS is seeking a commercially driven sales professional to accelerate international growth from Parainen, Finland. You will own end-to-end sales, onboard customers and drive successful implementation and training.

You will collaborate with distributors and the international sales team, build scalable sales processes, and help bring market insights back to product development in a hands-on, on-site role.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or solution sales.
• Proven ability to win customers and translate needs into solutions.
• Comfortable in meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Interest in software, technology and digital workflows.
• Willing to travel internationally and work on-site in Parainen.

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
• Own sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
• Onboard, implement, demonstrate, and train customers remotely and on-site.
