TransPerfect, based in Helsinki, is seeking a senior sales professional to drive strategic B2B partnerships at enterprise scale. You will educate clients on our tech, multimedia, and localization capabilities, and lead multi-disciplinary projects from outreach to close.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in strategic enterprise sales, strong Finnish/English communication, and a proven track record of closing complex deals with VP/C-Level leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic B2B business development, agency growth, or enterprise solution sales.
• Fluent Finnish and English communication; other European languages a plus.
• Strong track record of closing end-to-end sales cycles.
• Ability to translate complex client needs into tailored, actionable solutions.
• Experience pitching to VP- and C-Level creative and marketing leaders.

Responsabilités

• Drive Revenue: Scout, pitch, and secure high-impact client partnerships from initial outreach to final signature.
• Be a Global Consultant: Educate prospective clients on how our tech, multimedia, and localization solutions can elevate their brand footprint.
• Network with Intent: Uncover new revenue streams through trade shows, industry events, creative networking and direct outreach.
• Collaborate across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with creative production teams to price, pitch, and manage multi-disciplinary projects seamlessly.
• Deliver Excellence: Balance client expectations with team workflows to ensure profitable, high-value campaign rollouts.
