We value sales and design experience, but eagerness to learn matters most. You will build client relationships, recruit top talent, and lead your team toward success, with responsibilities across sales, recruitment and leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical or commercial field.
• Experience in sales or a strong commercial mindset.
• Experience or understanding of the design sector (mechanical, electrical, automation) is advantageous.
• Excellent Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
• 1–5 years in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Active acquisition of new clients and identification of business opportunities.
• Development and maintenance of client relationships and contract negotiations.
• Full responsibility for recruitment: needs analysis, interviews and hiring.
• Leading your team, coaching and developing consultants.
