Mercier Consultancy MD is actively seeking a Finnish Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to join our Bulgaria-based operation. You will leverage native Finnish language skills and a genuine interest in health technology to assist Fitbit users with care and expertise.

This role sits at the intersection of wellness, technology, and exceptional customer service. You will troubleshoot device and app connectivity, guide users through features and metrics, document feedback, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport required.
• Interest in Fitness & Wellness and wearable technology.
• Excellent communication and solution-oriented mindset.
• Previous customer support or technical assistance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Finnish-speaking customer support for Fitbit devices and wellness ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot app connectivity, synchronization, and hardware performance issues.
• Offer guidance on health metrics and product features to improve user experience.
• Maintain high-quality interactions to ensure brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on fitness technology advancements.
• Document and report user feedback to improve products and services.
• Act as a Fitbit brand ambassador, promoting a healthy lifestyle.
