Qualifikationen

• Native or fluent Finnish language skills (written and spoken).
• Professional English proficiency to engage with global team.
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria for on-site role.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• EU right to work or EU passport required.

Aufgaben

• Deliver premium customer assistance via phone, email, and chat to Finnish-speaking clientele
• Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the Customer Support Services environment
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to ensure accurate data management and service optimization
• Collaborate with international team members to share insights and improve overall support workflows
• Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and service excellence protocols
