• EU passport or work authorization for Bulgaria required.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Finnish-speaking clients in Customer Support Services.
• Resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat with high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records in the internal support database.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical or operational issues.
• Apply product knowledge to offer tailored solutions to end users.
• Stay updated on company policies and industry trends.
