Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Finnish Speaking Solutions Consultant in Bulgaria. You will join a dynamic Sofia-based Customer Support Services team, assisting Finnish-speaking clients and collaborating with cross-functional colleagues.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone, email, and chat, maintaining client records in the internal support database, and applying product knowledge to tailor solutions. Relocation readiness and English communication are required.

Competenze

• Finnish fluency (spoken and written) is required.
• English proficiency for internal comms.
• Customer support experience is advantageous.
• EU passport or work authorization for Bulgaria required.
