Job summary

Hedengren Suomi seeks a Country Manager to lead Hedengren Security’s Finnish business, sales and project operations from Helsinki in a hybrid setup. You will drive strategy into profitable growth, strengthen partnerships, and build a high-performing organisation aligned with Nordic leadership.

You will oversee the Finnish sales team, customer care, and service operations, ensuring clear objectives, scalable processes, and strong CRM utilization.

Qualifications

• A relevant university degree and strong experience in successfully leading sales in a business environment of comparable size for over 5 years.
• Experience leading profitable growth and managing a cross-functional, matrix team.
• Fluency in Finnish and English (Swedish helpful).

• Lead Hedengren Security’s Finland business, sales and project operations to deliver profitable growth.
• Manage the Finnish sales team, customer care, and project/service organization with clear objectives and practices.
