Job summary

Redgert Comms OY is seeking an Head of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations, drive profitability, and ensure client satisfaction across the Finnish business. Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years experience in operations or leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing senior client relationships.
• Experience in agency environment and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with focus on profitability, efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Allocate staffing across clients and projects based on capacity and skill sets; manage freelancing and hiring needs.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and HR-related operational activities; support team development.
• Identify, qualify and nurture new business leads; manage pipeline and revenue projections; contribute to proposals and pricing.
