Job summary

Firemind is recruiting an Autonomous Operations Business Developer to lead growth in Finland. You will build trusted relationships with IT directors and CTOs, run local events and guide customers from initial conversation to pilot, with content adapted for Finnish audiences.

The role focuses on trust-based, long-term engagement and will start in Finland with potential to expand to the Nordic region as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Background in Finnish tech consulting, managed services, cloud operations or IT outsourcing.
• Hands-on in scoping, pricing and selling managed services or cloud ops contracts.
• Established relationships in the Finnish IT director community.
• Track record taking complex sales from first meeting to pilot/POC.
• Confident presenting to CTOs and IT leaders without a tech colleague.
• Relationship-led selling style focused on trust and long-term ownership.
• Experience making a company known in a market, not just meeting sales targets.
• Fluency in Finnish (native or professional) plus strong English.

Responsibilities

• Map the Finnish enterprise IT market and target key accounts.
• Build and deepen relationships with IT directors, CTOs and heads of infrastructure.
• Lead initial customer meetings in Finnish and tailor discussions to customer challenges.
• Guide opportunities to a pilot with defined scope and success measures.
• Collaborate with Firemind's senior team to close deals.
• Plan and run Finnish events, breakfast sessions and roundtables.
• Engage in Finnish IT forums, events, and on LinkedIn.
• Adapt central marketing content for Finnish audiences and share local stories.
• Develop direct relationships with Finnish IT media and analysts.
• Partner with Finnish system integrators and AWS partners for deals.
