Job summary

SumUp is seeking a Field Sales Manager in Helsinki to build and lead a local team of field sales representatives. You will work side-by-side with your team in the field, joining client meetings and driving the sales process to meet and exceed targets.

You will own the team's performance, spot new opportunities in the Finnish market, and partner with Recruiting and Sales Coaching to grow the team. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong prospecting skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing a sales team, with a hands-on leadership style.
• Strong knowledge of field sales and winning new business through active prospecting.
• Ability to lead by example, building trust by working alongside the team.
• Comfort using sales data to guide decisions and sharpen performance.
• Fluency in English, and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of field sales representatives across the territory.
• Work alongside the team in the field, joining client meetings and supporting the sales process.
• Own the team's sales targets, performance and overall results.
• Spot new business opportunities and adapt the sales strategy to the local market.
• Build and grow the team by partnering with Recruiting and Sales Coaching.
