Job summary

PwC Finland's Advisory Business & Supply Chain Operations team helps industrial clients improve growth, operations and resilience. This role focuses on decarbonization, clean transition and regulatory work, originating and leading engagements for major transformations.

The Director/Senior Manager will build senior client relationships, shape proposals and grow work across PwC Advisory, Strategy& and Deals with a strong commercial trajectory. Fluency in English is required; Finnish preferred.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in management or strategy consulting, transformation, Deals or PE advisory.
• Proven record of meeting sales and commercial targets for consulting/advisory work.
• Ability to originate opportunities, build senior client relationships and sell engagements.
• Strong commercial and financial skills including business cases and investments.
• Experience leading complex consulting engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Industry experience in energy, decarbonization or major transformations is a plus.
• Fluent English; Finnish preferred; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Originate, sell, lead and deliver decarbonization and transformation engagements.
• Build senior client relationships and develop a strong pipeline against targets.
• Shape proposals, grow work independently and with PwC teams.
• Translate market and regulatory developments into commercial recommendations.
• Lead project teams, ensure quality, economics and client impact.
• Collaborate with Strategy&, Deals, Technology and other PwC teams.
• Develop new services and grow the Business & Supply Chain Operations practice.
