Carrier is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to own strategic relationships across key datacenter accounts. You will influence business outcomes, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive growth while delivering measurable value to customers and the business.

As the ideal candidate, you will manage relationships with datacenter clients, identify new opportunities, and lead strategic account plans. Fluency in Finnish and English is required; HVAC experience is a plus.

• Extensive experience in key account management for data centers.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• HVAC experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for datacenter customers, building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
• Understand customers' needs and goals and develop tailored solutions to meet them.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving them quickly, and providing ongoing support.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare and provide regular reports on account status, sales performance and key indicators to senior management.
