Job summary

Your most important priorities will be:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for datacenter customers, building and maintaining strong and long‑lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customers' needs and goals and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving them quickly, and providing ongoing support.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare and provide regular reports on account status, sales performance and key indicators to senior management.

The ideal candidate:

• Has extensive experience in key account management for data centers
• Has a passion for identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Speaks and writes both Finnish and English fluently HVAC related experience is an advantage

Pay Range

The annual salary salary for this position is between 53.500 and 106.500 eur.

• This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
