Job summary

PDSVISION is seeking a driven Business Development/Inside Sales Representative for our Tampere team. You will generate opportunities, qualify leads, support the sales process, and contribute to commercial results.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, business development or customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through structured outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Book meetings and support the sales team with handovers.
• Follow up on campaigns, inbound inquiries and event-generated leads.
• Support renewals and identify opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage smaller commercial opportunities throughout the sales process.
• Keep CRM clean and updated to avoid dropped data.
• Assist with sales administration, quotations, and order processing.
