We are seeking for a Accounts Payable Expert to join our Finance Team.

• Invoice reception, registration and posting in SAP (including DUA and invoices posted via file).
• Checking of invoices data and tax rules based on country of origin and destination
• Accounts payable email management
• Maintenance and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
• Accruals calculation
• Preparation of monthly reports of the area
• Participation in financial audit
• Contact person for internal and external requirements of the area
• Help in other requested tasks of the department.

• At least 2-3 years of experience as Accounts Payable clerk.
• Mandatory SAP experience focused on Accounts Payable area
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical companies would be an asset
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent computer skills, advanced in Excel.

• Preferably university degree in Economics.
• Excellent level of English and Spanish, spoken and written.

• Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Highly responsible, disciplined, proactive, dynamic and methodical individual.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with providers and internal departments.
• Enthusiasm to join a young and growing company in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to increase technical knowledge and apply new skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
