We are seeking a skilled and versatile UX Researcher to join our team. This hybrid role can be based across various locations in Europe. You will collaborate closely with Product Designers and Product Managers to ensure user needs and behaviors are central to all decisions. The role requires proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, a strong understanding of user analytics platforms, and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities :

1. Plan and execute evaluative research to assess and enhance user interfaces, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and A/B testing.
2. Conduct generative research to explore user needs, motivations, and behaviors for non-interface projects (e.g., workflows, services, or conceptual ideas).
3. Use qualitative methods such as user interviews, contextual inquiries, and diary studies to uncover deep user insights.
4. Leverage quantitative data from analytics platforms like Pendo, Google Analytics, or similar to identify trends, measure user behavior, and validate research findings.
5. Synthesize research data into actionable insights, producing reports and presentations that inform design and product decisions.
6. Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define research objectives, hypotheses, and success metrics.
7. Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring their needs are prioritized in decision-making.
8. Build and maintain research artifacts, including user personas, journey maps, and research repositories.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies to ensure best practices in UX research.

Required Qualifications :

1. 3-5 years of experience in UX research or a related role.
2. Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including usability testing, surveys, and user interviews.
3. Experience with user analytics platforms such as Pendo, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
4. Ability to analyze behavioral data and connect it to broader user insights.
5. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present research findings effectively.
6. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including design, product management, and engineering.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Data Science, or a related field.
8. Experience working in sports, betting, or data-intensive environments is a plus.

Desired Qualifications :

• Familiarity with survey tools (e.g., Typeform, Pollfish, Qualtrics, VoicePanel) and usability testing platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback).
• Experience in developing and maintaining UX research repositories.
