The Team You Will Join

The Data Team is part of the Transformation, Strategy & Delivery department. It is responsible for providing trusted information, ensuring data governance, integrity, and ethical use to support agile decisions, improve the customer journey, and provide informed business responses by collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into valuable information.

Opportunity and Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance Iberia Data strategy as per our data roadmap, promoting a data-driven culture.
• Design and execute database queries using BI tools to analyze data in response to business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business objectives.
• Analyze data ecosystems to identify trends and insights, leveraging data use cases to add business value.
• Work with the global Data Science team to develop and monitor predictive models, adjusting as necessary.
• Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, ethics, and create a data glossary.
• Foster innovation by using data-driven insights to create competitive advantages aligned with organizational strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest in data science, machine learning, and AI to enhance methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Degree / Master’s in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with PowerBI, SQL, Excel, and data governance tools.
• Ability to interconnect data across applications and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
