Job Title — Software Technical Writer
The Technical Writer will play a critical role within AirOps Operations by being responsible for the creation, review and ongoing maintenance of technical and functional documentation used by the organization, including but not limited to process flows, user guides, operational guides, UAT test scripts and exit criteria, and release notes. Technical Writer supports our growing product development, by being responsible for the creation, writing and reviewing of our technical documentation, including how-to guides, installation guides, maintenance guides, operation and user guides, code references and API references.
