A leading investment firm is seeking a seasoned professional in Madrid to lead the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing to execution. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or venture capital and be fluent in Spanish and professionally fluent in English. This role also involves mentoring junior team members and driving value creation post-investment.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or venture capital.
- Experience in impact or sustainable investing preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the full investment lifecycle from sourcing to execution.
- Oversee financial modelling and valuation analysis.
- Drive post-investment value creation and exit strategies.
- Mentor junior team members throughout deal execution.
Conocimientos
Our client, a leading Mid Market Private Equity fund is looking for strong additions to their team in Barcelona.
Lead the full investment lifecycle — from sourcing and due diligence to structuring, execution, and portfolio management.
Oversee financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment memoranda preparation for the Investment Committee.
Drive post‑investment value creation, impact measurement, and exit strategies to ensure both financial and social returns.
Mentor junior team members, providing strategic guidance and oversight throughout deal execution.
5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or venture capital, ideally with exposure to impact or sustainable investing.
