A recruitment agency specializing in tech talent is seeking a strategic advisor to manage the recruitment lifecycle within fast-moving startups. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in tech recruitment, particularly within AI and machine learning fields. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish as a desirable skill for engaging the local tech community in Madrid.

You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, acting as a strategic advisor and hands‑on recruiter for companies operating at the cutting edge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and next‑gen technology.
You’ll be embedded with fast‑moving startups where every hire matters and speed, quality, and cultural fit are non‑negotiable.
Partner with startup leadership teams to define hiring strategies, role specifications, and talent priorities across AI, ML, data, and engineering functions.
Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles including machine learning engineers, AI researchers, backend / frontend engineers, data scientists, and technical leads.
Provide market insights and data to inform hiring decisions, salary benchmarking, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and founders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
4+ years of full‑cycle tech recruitment experience, ideally in‑house, agency, or embedded recruitment models.
