They are expanding in Southeast Asia and are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth in Thailand. • Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
• Negotiate and close deals with retail and institutional clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth goals
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends
• Provide insights to enhance competitive positioning

• Fluent in Thai (C1) or another regional language, and English (C1)
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Forex with an active portfolio of clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD products
• Proven success in business development and meeting targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
