Overview

Term : Fixed-Term Contract Are you an experienced project management professional with a passion for delivering new product introductions and cost optimisations? Our client is seeking an NPI Manager to lead cross‑functional teams in introducing new products and managing changes within a defined portfolio at the Factory. This role involves coordinating project timelines, analysing product and marketing requirements, managing product cost calculations, and supporting pre‑launch activities to ensure successful product implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyse data for new product development processes and optimise implementation solutions.
  • Monitor product change projects to ensure alignment with project timelines and marketing assumptions.
  • Implement ideas to optimise product formulas, packaging, and conversion costs in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications

Relevant experience in supply project management or product introduction, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG industries.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (C1-C2 level).

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project); ERP and change control knowledge advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant discipline.
