- As a Customer Service Representative, youll assist customers with mobile phones, internet, and TV services, including :
- Mobile Services : SIM card setup, getting internet on devices
- Home Services : Internet troubleshooting, TV box setup
- Languages : Dutch & English
- Customer Service Skills : Excellent communicator, customer-focused, problem solver
- Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with computers and passionate about technology
- Sales Mindset : Able to identify and act on sales opportunities
- Salary & Bonus : 2,040 gross / month + up to 15% monthly bonus
- Permanent Contract
- Flexible Hours : 39 hours / week, MondayFriday with some Saturdays
- Training & Support : 2 weeks initial training + guided calls + extra training week
- Hybrid Opportunity : First 3 months in the office; partial remote work possible after approval
