A leading health benefits company in Spain is looking for an Account Executive to engage with prospects and turn them into customers. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a passion for driving growth. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment and a flexible working policy, including remote options.

We are growing our Sales team and hiring for an Account Executive ideally in Barcelona or Madrid who will be primarily responsible for engaging with prospects to turn them into happy Alan customers.
What is important for us is the mission: as an Account Executive, supported by BDRs, you will find leads, understand the needs of our prospects, present our product, drive sales and manage key customer relationships until they sign the contract. You will understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to make the prospect experience pleasant, instructive and delightful. You will leverage relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and define a high-touch strategy that suits each prospect (Soft).
You will look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. You’ll be a team player beyond your role, and may be involved in other projects and initiatives related to growing our customer base. For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B0-C1 level range.
