What Youll Do

• As a Customer Service Representative, youll assist customers with mobile phones, internet, and TV services, including :
• Mobile Services : SIM card setup, getting internet on devices
• Home Services : Internet troubleshooting, TV box setup

REQUIREMENTS

• Languages : Dutch & English
• Customer Service Skills : Excellent communicator, customer-focused, problem solver
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with computers and passionate about technology
• Sales Mindset : Able to identify and act on sales opportunities
