- Managing reservations, phone calls, occupancy, check in check out, control of the appropriate cleaning of the rooms, work with computers.
- Efficiently managing complaints and any problem, dealing with special requests, accounting and payments control, use of several languages by phone, email or in person.
- Help in general and learn how to manage customers in a small business being independent.
